3. Products & Availability

All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products without prior notice.
Colors and product details are represented as accurately as possible, but may vary due to screen and display settings.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable VAT (if applicable under UAE law).
Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments, Stripe, or other approved payment providers.
We do not store or have access to your credit card details.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:
- The product is unavailable
- Payment is not authorized
- Fraud or misuse is suspected

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders within the UAE using approved courier services.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier conditions.
Kaiz is not liable for delays caused by external factors such as customs, weather, or courier issues.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Certain products (e.g., personal care items, final sale items, or custom pieces) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection.

8. Warranty

Kaiz products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials under normal use.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, accidents, or neglect
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Warranty claims will be handled by repair, replacement, or refund at Kaiz’s discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content on the Kaiz website are the intellectual property of Kaiz and cannot be used without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Our website may link to third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, courier tracking).
