1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates.

  • International shipping will be offered as Kaiz expands globally.

 

 

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

 

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard UAE Delivery: 2–4 business days after processing.

  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.

 

 

4. Shipping Fees

  • Flat Rate Delivery (UAE): AED 49

  • Free Shipping: On orders over AED 500

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

 

 

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • Tracking updates are managed by our delivery partners.

 

 

6. Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at the time of order to avoid delays.

  • Missed deliveries will be reattempted by our courier or made available for pickup at a designated location.

 

 

7. Studio Pickup

  • Customers may choose to collect orders directly from:

    Kaiz Studio – Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi

  • Select Studio Pickup at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

 

 

8. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or missing:
